Who it is for: Sales teams, local-SEO and web agencies, suppliers and service providers who want to reach businesses just after they open.
Newly opened businesses are buried among millions of Maps listings. Spotting the ones with few reviews, few photos or no website means opening listings one by one.
Give a business type and a city. The actor finds listings that look new on Google Maps (few reviews, few photos, no website or hours yet) and returns each with a newness score from 0 to 100 and the reasons behind it. Monitor mode returns only places new since the last run.
