LinkedIn posts scraper: search public posts by keyword, no login

Who it is for: Social selling and brand-monitoring teams, content researchers, recruiters and AI agents.

The problem

LinkedIn search needs a login and hides most results. Tracking what a competitor posted this month, or which posts about a topic got traction, means scrolling by hand.

How it works

Give search phrases, company or profile URLs. Filter by date window. Each run returns one row per post with text, likes, comments, media type, hashtags and author type. Author names are left out of the sample on this page.

How it compares (same-input runs, 2026-10-13)

This actorharvestapi/linkedin-post-search
Fields per post (10-13 test)38 (22 filled)49 (37 filled)
Price per 1,000 posts (list, 10-13)$1.50$2.00 free / $1.50 Gold
Median run (25 posts)47.9 s3.3 s

Same-input runs on 2026-10-13. The leader is much faster and fills more fields; we are cheaper only at the free tier. We say so plainly.

Limits, stated plainly

Public posts only. It is slower than the leader (tens of seconds per run). A search with no matches ends as a failed run with the message "No posts found" instead of an empty success.

Price

Pay per result on Apify, no subscription: $1.5 per 1,000 posts on the free plan, lower on paid plans, plus $0.00005 per run start. The live price is on the actor page.

Questions

Does it need cookies?
No. It reads public posts only.

Why is it slower than some alternatives?
It finds posts through public search and reads each page. Use it when price and no-login matter more than speed.
